Give me a call or email if interested in my services, or even if you just want to ask questions. I've been helping mothers in south Georgia have safe, rewarding births for about 15 years now. My goal is to educate parents about their choices, prevent unnecessary cesareans, encourage breastfeeding and support young families in their goal to have healthy children.

I am a certified lactation counselor, a certified doula and a certified childbirth educator. I spent a year in nursing school preparing to become a nurse-midwife but decided instead to enroll in a 3 year midwifery school designed to prepare me to take and pass the NARM examination to become a Certified Professional Midwife, which is a midwife who specializes in 'out-of-institution' births.
