Providing birth doula services.

I spend time explaining all your options during birth and help you communicate your birth preferences. I provide knowledge of specific comfort measures to help you have a natural birth if you desire, but I also provide valuable support for you even if you choose other methods of labor relief. Providing childbirth education.

Brenda is also a certified childbirth educator. Classes are available one-on-one or as a group. Not the standard childbirth class, but a great preparation for labor, natural methods, trusting your body and the birth process, relaxation techniques, facts and research about all the interventions used and their possible effects, how to avoid cesarean sections, breastfeeding knowledge and support, birth knowledge, nutrition, baby care, and more!
